it writes it but it cant perform end disc at once help wanted.

Hi iamwhoib
Backing up a ps2 disc? Can't help you much there but for the burning part here are a few suggestions.
Adapter driver: <USB 1.0> HA 1
The drive is connected by usb 1.0 - older pc? Have a usb 2.0 port you can connect to? 1.0 is very slow and this drive bombs 2.5 hours in the writing process.
Recorder: <DVDRW USB 16X> Version: A079
Update the firmware to the latest - A187
Disc Manufacturer ID: CMC MAG
Not good media - failing at the end of the burn which yours is - is a sign of poor quality media.
Switch the media to Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim.
Give that a go and let us know.
