I and a buddy bought pre-modded ps2's from them. Shipping did take a while, but was not longer than I expected coming across the border. Buddies machine had an issue, and he had to ship it back and wait for them to do a repair and then send back. All seemed to go well. I am considering using them to mod a Wii this season. Hope that helps.
