please help (power calibration error) in Nero

i am using nero 7. i just burned several movies a couple days ago, but now when i try to burn i keep getting burned failed (power calibration error). it encodes, but will not burn. i have also tried dvdshrink & dvdfab, but i keep getting errors on all three programs.

DVD Shrink will not burn a disc by itself.

Post a Nero log for a failed burn.

the movies you did burn ok were they a different type media/dvdr to the ones that wont burn now?

Rotary is right....... most Power Calibrations are due to media being used. So if you were successful a couple of days ago with those blank DVDs then maybe you just tried a different brand of DVD to burn to and your drive doesn't like them.... therefore the power calibration errors.
