i'm trying to play games downloaded off the net but don't understand am i'm supposed to put the games on the memory stick as torrent files or am i supposed to changed them into iso or cso files. and if so how do i go about doing that. i've read that u do so with a program called winrar. but when trying to do so nothing comes of it for me. coulsd some plz xplain what i need to do or link me to a good guide to help. thx 4 any help!!

u need to use the torrent on a software n get the iso or cso file.winrar is used to extract the compressed file(which the iso n cso is commonly compressed).cant tell how to do those thing though bcoz its forbidden here...

@luffy - There's nothing against the rules with just talking about extracting downloads, just doing the downloads themselves.
@knfusd - WinRAR is what you'll need, just install it and then we'll go from there. Firstly though, what is your firmware? No offence, but i assume you don't have custom firmware from the fact you don't know about playing downloaded games.

my firmware is 3.51, but i do have a pandora battery and a magic memory stick already, i'm trying to see if i can make the iso or cso files of games first before i downgrade then upgrade the firmware

OK, good, so; install WinRAR and upgrade to 3.52 M33. Then we can help you more.

WinRAR is not going to help him.
He needs pandora battery. I suggest e-bay or pm deez_NUTS, he can make you the ultimate pandora memory stick (he did for me and it worked 100%)
after you done that and are on custom firmware, ask your question again

Yes, but he also said he's already got a Pandora Battery.

when you download a torrent, you need to use a torrent program, like utorrent, to get the file. some may be iso/cso already, others are in rar format.
before you can even play the iso game, your psp needs to be on custom firmware. 3.51 CANNOT play iso/cso games. you need to use pandora's battery and magic memory stick to downgrade to 1.50, and then upgrade to custom firmware.

I know this ? is off topic but in putting the 3.52m33 on my psp instructions say to first upgrade to ofc 3.52. is that correct? I been looking 4 it but it's hard to find. Do i need to do that first or not.

What instructions would those be? And no, you really don't want to be doing that...
You need to get the 3.52 official update, but you're not supposed to install it!

i'm sorry i guess i misunderstood. I was looking at the same sricky in your sig, it says download but not to install ur correct. can i or should i download to my psp or to my computer. if i have to do so to my psp i have more problems i won't get into. But i'm guessing that the official updates go onto the memory stick?

but regardless, I'm having a hard time getting my hands on that update anyways. plus i'm having problems getting my psp online now. will that prevent me from upgrading it after downgrading it? Last oof topic question from me. I hope!!

ur psp being online has nothing to do with it.download all files required into ur pc n place them where as instructed in the guide...

thanks 4 the help guys!! I'd be doing the work right now but my girl just took my psp without me knowing. Now i got to wait till she gets back hopefully by tomorrow i'll have it done. Again big ups to luffypsp, shokz, and driver. big thanks 4 the update dude!!
