"PBP Signature Don't Match" (stuck at FW1.5)

Hello everyone, i'm new here =)
But im very sad now. I have just bought Final Fantasy Tactics and i really want to try it out. But my version was 3.03 OE-C and it needed 3.51. I have never used any homebrew methods or deliberately used any type of mods. All i remember about updating my psp is through UMD or network update.
I am very new to all this, i apologize =/
After doing some research it seems that my OE-C wascustom firmware which is supposedly "stuck" without homebrew methods to bring it to a higher firmware. That explains the "DADADA" sign everytime i try to update to play a anything higher than 3.03 FW.
So i tried to follow the method which was stated here. Bring it to 1.5 through RECOVERY, use kxploit, then use M33CREATOR am i right?
However, after RECOVERY, and i successfully reached 1.5FW (i did check don't worry), i did the MS format and copied in the xploit folders and ran them, i could not go any further.
I ran the M33CREATOR with all the right folders in the right places but it kept giving me this:
Loading 1.50 firmware... OK.
Writing 1.50 firmware... OK.
Loading 3.52 firmware... PBP signature don't match
Press X to exit
What does the words in bold mean?
I tried to redo kxploit again but it says "it doesn't apply to this firmware" Does it mean that theres a problem or it has already been applied and cannot be reapplied?
I tried M33Creator over and over again, checking the folders and the eboots, formatting MS over and over again, same thing happened.
I tried to update with 3.51 UMD but "The system configuration of this PSP system does not appear to be correct. The update cannot be completed. Contact support for assistance (DRNFFFFFFD7)"
I am seriously stuck at 1.5FW with a totally new game i can't play...
Please help as soon as possible...? I thank all u experienced mods in advance... thank you.. =)

is it possible that you downloaded the .PBP from the wrong region? Or possibly even the wrong .PBP (maybe the 3.40 one instead or something)...?

i checked and rechecked and redownloaded many many times... ill give u details about the one i have? i took the latest link from the posts here.
Mine is 21,045 KB. Does the file size match the correct one?

this is a quote from an earlier thread i found.

If you went to the PSP site to downloaded the 3.52 firmware then you actually downloaded the 3.71 firmware which is the most current and will not work for 3.52 M33 CFW.
Download the 3.52 firmware HERE and rename it to 352.PBP and replace it with the other 352.PBP file that isnt working. "

it doesnt work... i guess its because mine is already 1.5 just that i have applied kxploit on it so its a like a different FW from 1.5

u cant go straight to 3,51 from 1.5 first update to 2.0 then go to 3.50
but i recomend that u make a pandora batterty first just in case u want to go cabk to pure 1.5

You are not stuck, something is wrong with either your PBP or the Flasher... just redownload it all again.

You are not stuck, something is wrong with either your PBP or the Flasher... just redownload it all again.
Or try the autointaller, that way you can't do anything wrong :)
