They're rar files. Open one with Winrar.

Ya the game was made into sections! So you open one of the files with a program called Winrar, and you just extract the file in there, to somewhere else on the Computer! It may take some time (if it's a large file)!

Yes, you would take the .iso and merge the SS.bin with the .iso to make a .dvd image! Then you can burn that image to a disc!

You need to extract the "imige.iso" file (and any other files with it) by simply opening one, one of the little rar files. Save it to somewhare on your computer. (Or, as I like to do it, hold-right-click and drag one of the rars to where you want it to go, release, and select "Extract to (whatever folder you released the right-mouse button in)". Doing it this way is much faster as winrar doesn't create temp files in your C:/ and just extracts and writes to the destination folder simultaneously)
Then, if you want to burn it, use this thread to figure out if and how you need to patch it. From there the thread will also explain how to burn it.
Does that answer your question?

Dude here's what you do. Open winrar and go the folder where your game files are kept. Now select all and extract to where ever you want. This may take some time. When It's done there will be an Iso and a dvd file. Your best bet is Imgburn to burn to a disk and play as it does everything on it's own.

after extracting, did you get both an .ISO file and a .DVD file?
If so you can get IMGburn and burn the .DVD file at 2.4X speed. You must use a good quality DVD+R DL like Verbatim to have good success.
If you just got an ISO file you can still use IMGburn but you have to manually set the layer break.
tools-->settings-->write-->layer break. Check user specified and set it to 1913760. Click ok and burn as normal. This is only necessary the first time burning a 360 game

Something about having a xbox 360 game in a "download" folder and your name also listed in the same desktop photo seems to self incriminate. That is just me, paranoid
