RSS Channel help!

Somethings wqrogn with my RSS channel. I tried all kinds of feeds but when I scroll up to it in the network tab, guess what?
"There is no item"!!! Come on, can anyone help?

the rss channel on the psp is a waste of space i'v never got anything when i'v tryed it. The reason for it not working is that it send out files that the psp cant read so theres never anything avalable to play on the psp. There are a couple of channels out there that will work on the psp but other than that i would spend more time playing games.

I shall remind you it only works with Podcasts (Audio RSS) and PSP Video Podcasts (Video RSS) - NOT normal RSS. Stupid I know but thats just how it is.
