Ok I don't know a whole lot about my 360 as I brought it in China; I know it's chipped rather than a flashed drive, dunno which chip, and I'm pretty sure it's a US console (I know it's jap or US and the writing on the back is english so am assuming it's US). Oh and it's a samsung drive.

I've got plenty of backups which work fine, but with original games the chip switched off, so even though I've brought vf5 I can't play it >.< I've downloaded the ISO and burnt it on a verb+R using cloneCD but when I put it in all I get is 'open tray'. Same goes for eternal sonata.

I know both games won't work with a jap system, so if the jap systems have english on the back it could be that and I'm jsut screwed, otherwise I'm doing something wrong and I don't know what :p

Almost every post I've read talks about flashed drives, does this make a difference to a chip? Shall I try falshing my drive anyway and see if it works?
