Hey guys,

Was thinking about getting a copy of GH3. I have a PS2 GH2 package that I used with Frets on Fire along with a PS2 to USB dongle to play on my PC.

QUESTION: Wii has two usb ports. Would GH3 work with my old PS2 guitar and USB dongle or if I want multi player will I have to go grab another wii GH controler?

Just want to make sure before I go running out to get one :-)

You'll need a Wii-specific GH controller.

what would happen if you used a ps2 to gamecube controller adapter for this game?

Now you're just being silly. dianogah had a valid suggestion. Might work but I don't have the game yet.

Let me know how your powerglove/jaguar controller adapter idea works out. I'll take two if they work! Could happen....

im pretty sure none of those would work since the wii is gonna b looking for a signal from the guitar on what to do and not from the usb port or the gamecube adapter

ex: u cant move a character on a wii game using a gc remote
u cant make a character do something on a gc game using a wii remote
and i think the wii only goes to the usb if its looking for a wi-fi connection
