Hi guys,

i bought my Wii last week and basically took it out of the box then posted it up to get chipped, however i now have a problem.

Normal games mostly play ok, boot up fine - my friend did say she gota read error message earlier but i havent noticed it.

However, i have tried two backup games (both with WiiBrickBlocker ran on the Isos before burning) and when i put the backups in ,they dont work.

The icon in the top left comes up ok, and i can start the game, however when i do that i either get just a blank screen and the wii remote switches off, the wii doesnt respond to eject or reset buttons, or depending on which game i try and play it gets to the disclaimer text "2007 rockstar games etc etc" then just goes black and same thing again. In both cases the disc contines to spin at a constant pace and i cannot hear the laser moving around or anything inside.

Any ideas what can be causing this? Im justing Maxell DVD+R's with a philips DVDRW885 drive.

Thanks guys!
