yer its simple. heres steps on how to do it

1.download the 3.52 update and the 1.50 update
2. download 3.52m33 update and the 3.52m33-4 patch
3.rename the 1.50 fw 150.pbp and the 3.52fw 352.pbp and put them in folder M33CREATOR in the 3.52m33 update.
4. copy M33CREATOR to game150
5. run the m33creator on your psp
6. once it has finished that it will create a m33 update folder in game150 for you run it.
7. you should now have 3.52m33
8. copy m33update4 from the 3.52m33-4 update folder and copy it into game150
9. run it and it will update to 3.52m33-4

do that after you update to 3.52m33 first.

you should know have the m33creator with 150.pbp, 352.pbp and EBOOT.pbp in.
now go to game on ur psp and run the m33creator

now you can update to m33-4
for this all you have to do is copy the m33update4 to game150
and then run it from the xmb menu
