I went with the Wiinja Deluxe for a few reasons

1) It's cheap
2) I had some old PS1/PS2 IC pic holders that I integrated into the mod itself
3) It can be updated
4) It can be turned off
5) With my setup it is easily swapped out or totally removed/unplugged

There are 2 others that are very similar but they depend on your application of Wii version. These came out way after I adapted mine to my application.

1) WiiFree Easy Connect

2) Wlip

Well the Wlip is not available just yet in the US and is installed inside the console. Although it looks as if it would be an easy fix by extending the wires to reach outside if needed. Plus it seems to be the easiest install and can be used with other chips like Wiikey if you didn't want an IC Pic chip based mod. Here is another thread about it http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/578073

I went with Wiinja as I have had IC Pic chips before and always liked them plus if I am not mistaken Wiinja where the first out in the Wii mod scene. As well as I had the old stock I could adapt. But if I had to buy a new chip it would most likely be Wiikey because their update support seems to be very fast. Not to say the Wiinja was slow but maybe a few days (2-3) longer than Wiikey.

Edit New Info: I would have to rethink the Wiikey as I have read they have some failure issues (may be minimal but still a concern)

I am quite sure it is still not available (yet). Just follow them at their website (google is your friend). It is solder-less for the direct connection to the Wii but you need to solder the chip to the wires.
