What is the best build of Linux to install on a Ps3?

Between Yellow Dog, Fedora and Ubuntu, what is the best Linux baised OS to Install on the PS3? Which one has the most functionality and can any of these OS's Run .exe and other Windows Apps? I mostly want to use linux to play Emulators of older consoles on there, but thats not all I want to do with it, but id like to know whats the best one, or which one is the easies to use or best compatibility.

Well, Unbuntu is pretty awesome besides the fact that WIFI isn't currently working. If you want WIFI go with Yellow Dog but other than that, Ubuntu is more user friendly and a hell of a lot easier if you normally use a windows computer.

Can you install more than one OS on there? Can I have both Yellow Dog and Unbuntu on the system or is it one or the other?

Wifi is actually working on the latest Ubuntu (7.10)

AFAIK there's currently no way to multiboot on a PS3.
