flash 0 HELP!!!

guys is that a way to restore every folder and files in the flash 0.. my younger brother deleted some of the files in flash 0. i can on my psp but the screen is blank... PLS HELPP!!!!

Turn on holding R and go to advanced and select toggle Flash0

Find the recovery folder (Google "<Enter Firmware> recovery folder")
Put this into X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\ and then go into recovery mode and run eboot at X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\Ebbot.php
