Guys, I read all the threads here on problems installing the 1.9g/b update and also went through this thread with this problem, which went on a few pages:

And I still haven't been able to bypass this problem. I get this error every time it checks my flash testing during the 1.9g upgrade.

NTSC-U, Official Wiikey, I highly doubt there's something wrong with the hardware, as all the games I downloaded worked until SMG, overall my head is lost and any suggestion could actually be it.
