Question for Wii Owners....Should I buy one...?

Ok, for those of you out there that have a Wii....
1. How long have you had it?
2. Has the novelty worn off (as far as the different gameplay etc)?
3. What do you like most about it?
4. What do you dislike most about it?
5. If you mod your Wii does that limit you in any way (like how xbox 360's can be banned from xbox live for modding)
6. favorite Games?
7. Anything else?
Basically, I have 2 xbox 360's, one modded, one not, I'm considering selling my modded 360 and getting a Wii.

-I got mine at launch
-the novelty has some-what worn off, but there are so many new games coming.
-The thing I like most about it is the games and the fact that it plays GC games as well, and free online play for all games eligible.
-What I dislike the most is the current lack of really good games
-I got mine modded at the beginning of summer and the only drawback is that some of the Wii updates may disable the chip, so u gotta research online before doing the update.
-my favorite games are: Resident Evil 4, Metroid prime 3, Zelda Twilight Princess, Wario Ware, Excite Truck, Manhunt 2, Mario Galaxy, and thats about it
- I dont think u should get rid of the modded 360. The 360 has a lot more better games than the Wii and many many more coming out soon.

Thanks for the info.
If I didn't have a 2nd 360 I wouldn't sell the modded one. But since the modded one has been banned from live I haven't played it hardly at all lately. Just been playing my legit copy of Halo 3 on my unmodded box.
I figure it's time for the modded box to go, and I think the wife would have fun with the Wii. I just don't have as much time for video games as I used to, so I figure there is no use in having 2 xboxes.

Please make sure if you sell it you advertise the fact its barred. Only a right **** would be so deceiving. A nice way to do it is make the console red light. Wrap it up nice and snug and leave it on a while. Once you get the three red lights microsoft will give you a new one for free! (I know they will I got my new one last week (old one was modded, warranty void..) bought mine on release day..).
Once you get your new one, sell it on concience free (it costs you nothing to get it replaced, in fact I got a month of live gold free!).

All my ads say that it is banned from xbox live, I'm not about to try and pull a quick one on someone, especially if a parent bought it for their kid for Xmas and then the kid couldn't get on live. I'd feel like a putz for life.

Anyways consider the fact you could sell a newer one easier, i.e non barred.........
Alot of people perhaps may not understand the concept of being BARRED.

If you need a reason, look at the emerging mario galaxy reviews.
There are other games too of course, but thats probably the most compelling at this point.

1. Launch
2. Played it like crazy when I first got it... then I got a 360
3. Spinning the globe around really fast while checking random temperatures on the weather channel.
4. Not enough good games.
5. Both my systems are modded, never was banned from xbox live. But I can't count how many times I've had 3 red lights of death for the 360 so I've had to get new ones. One thing wii has a leg up on. But I just found out I need to upgrade my Wii chip, apparently you can't play newer games with an old chip cuz of firmware issues.
6. Last game I played was Prince of Persia when I started taking interest in the Wii again but I never finished it... need to get back to that, but once again 360 is crushing wii with the games they have coming out...just got COD4 and Assassin's Creed next week OOooOOooOOoooOOo
7. Uhh I dunno, Wii's definitely the system to get if you wanna buy a system for your kid's I suppose.
Wii w/ wiinja and voice recognition software so I don't have to push a button to turn it on
