hi one of my friends says that he use's a psp emulator and all his psp games are like 5 mb instead of like 500mb in cso format. is this ture?

Umm, maybe roms, but not CSO's. Maybe a demo, but not a full CSO ...couldn't be that small.

even roms arent that small, not for psp.

maybe 50mbs, and roms are stripped down.

Not necessarily, it depends what console you are talking about. NES roms, for example, can be as little as a few kb. Then, N64 roms can be 8-24 mb. PSX roms, I assume, are around the 20 MB area, but I don't use PSX, so I am unsure there.
