Hi, I have a wireless router which works fine until yesterday. The router seems not to be working. It wont allow me to have internet access, when i direct connect (without using router) it works. What is wrong with my router ?

going to need a bit more information then "it doesn't work".
Did you try resetting it?
Did you check all your routers settings (internet not needed to access most router pages)?
Did you try uninstalling then re-installing the router?
Did you check all the network setting on the PC?

i figured most of them came with an install disc like mine to at least have the drivers and such.

Really your best bet may be either contacting tech support of the maker of your router or searching on their website.

I have had routers stop working for various reasons (power outages and such) but that is usually fixed with a reset of both the modem and the router when done in sequence( unplug both, power up modem until all tests are done and lights are lit, then power on router and wait for all tests and lights).

But if your router has just dies none of that will help.
