Disturbia - problems with DVDFab HD Decrypter

I have some problems backing up this DVD with DVDFab, it has never happend before it may be the dvd or some problem with the DVDFab but it says that the Path player or something like that need to be enable. I enable it and it didnt worked anyways. Can somebody help how to fix this problem?

There's another new Beta of DVDFab out today, 4.0.0.8, however DVDFab made mincemeat of this movie some months ago.
