In the easy installer of the pandory I can get everything except the part where it says to "execute mspipl.bin". How r u supposed to do that. I cant open it. Plz help.

do u have a homebrew enabled psp

like 1.50 or CFW

if u do then just use this Guide

it makes the whole pandora pack using a homebrew in ur psp no need for computer..(only for putting the files in ur psp)
