Having Trouble Ripping Guitar Hero 3 Pal

I make most of my own images and have made dozens without problem, the latest being a bunch just yesterday, however I have a copy of GH3 PAL that I was going to rip and upload for people however when I rip it with X-Box Backup Creator, as I always do to copy my games, I get a series of errors, pictured below.

First it comes up with a number of errors.




Then after sitting there trying to reread the parts at 0.1x it comes up with this error.




And if you click cancel read the read fails and this is displayed.




I have never had a problem like this copying any 360 game. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this? Is this something wrong with my disk or some kind of new protection put on the game, which wouldn't suprise me with such a large release.
