hi. i'm going to flash my xbox 360 drive and i want to know which firmware should i use? my drive is a samsung ms28.

other thing. when i'm in the bios, how do i disable my HDD and DVD writer? can i only disconnect them from the motherboard or i have to do it also from the bios. they are SATA.
