Okay first off, my psp is 3.40 OE - A

The problem with my psp is whenever i go to my XMb menu the thing would just freeze for very long time.( Now i don't know whether its a brick because the thing doesn't shut off on its own and my cintro still works) The problem occured when i tried to change my xmb menu and try changing my xmb sound

I've tried many things..

1. psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp
2. Deleting my VSh files and replaced with my back up ones (original)
(NOTE: i think because of this, whenever i try to go recovery mode/advanced/toggle usb (flash0), the thing would just freeze for like 5 to 8 secs and shuts off on its own)

Ive tried so many times to recover and yet i still get the same results. So can anyone please help me? ( i am really stress out) and please dont mention about the pandora battery because i got it working for the first time and when i tried it on my other psp..nothing happens and it shuts off own its own. ( i really dont want to use up another battery)

Thank you very much

That's just something faulty from the flash...

Try to get your hands on a Pandora's Battery then flash your PSP again. And if recovery works, it means it's not bricked.
