I'm having issue where my score doesn't get updated in the leader board even though my score is higher than before...

Is there something wrong with the game itself?

If I deleted the game and redownloaded it, would I need to pay again?

Any suggestions that I need to do?

Once you have bought an Arcade Game, it is yours! You can delete it and re-download it as much as you want! It's kind of nice because I've gotten new 360 systems, and had to download them again on the New HDD! Just make sure that when you delete the game, that you don't delete your Saves (unless you don't want them anymore)!
