Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to take a psp-1000 (phat) that has M33 3.51 firmware, and upgrade it back to sony's offical 3.71 or 3.72 firmware.
You help is greatly appreciated!!

use this custome firmware PANDORA to go back to 1.50 and from 1.50 go to 2.0 and then to 3.71 or 3.72

I'm saying this for your benefit...
There are people who would kill someone in front of their mother to have your custom firmware PSP. If you want official, sell it on eBay for a profit, at the very least, assuming it is in good condition.

Oh no... I think i just bricked my psp...
I reformated the memory stick with the pandora program.
it was successful, and when i connected it to my computer it read F:PANDORA, then it turned off.
Now when i try to turn it on, there is no sound of the proccessor or anything, just the green light comes on.
I've already tried to rest it by holding the switch, then turn it back on. Nothing
Tried taking the battery out after it was switched off. When i put the battery back it the green light immediately comes back on, but i never switched it on myself.
I think it is done for.... :(
I don't have another cfw psp to make a magic stick....

take the battery out and plug in the ac adapter it should work now
your psp seems bricked because the battery is Pandora
just plug in the ac adapter and try turning it on with no battery or memory stick in it
and if it doesn't work the
Put the memory stick back in and the battery and run the whole thing again
oh wait it turned of when u where creating the memory stick u said??

Weird. I would never go back to original. Aside from that, they may give you MORE b/c it's customized and not just and everyday psp. Oh well. I guess you'll do what you want afterall.

everytime before u make ur battery normal
first plug in your ac adaptor then put in the battery
you can turn it back to normal by using a diffrent pandora
use this one here
but instead of making a pandora battery u will have to make it back to normal

I know it took a while but the redowngrade/upgrade, (or whatever you want to call it,) has been successful - but only to a point. My psp is now a 1.5, but i can't reupgrade to the offical sony firmware 2.0.
Any suggestions?
I Get an error message: "Cannot Upgrade this system. This upgrade is not designed for this system..."

HE?? Did i mistakenly mark "HE" on my profile or something?? I'm a GIRL!!!
By the way, the exact error message is : "The system cannot be updated. The update data is not applicable for this system."
Update version 2.01 didn't work either.
So, like someone said earlier, i could sell it by passing it on as a clean 1.5 psp, but that would be dishonest, don't you think??
