My memory stick does not have the directory call 'PSP\GAME\'. Do I need to create it or is it suppose to be there by default?

Its supposed to have a PSP folder and inside the psp folder its supossed to have the game folder
if it doesn't have it or don't understand how to do this
just format your memory stick

yup, no problem...Yup and depending on what firmware you are, it will make all the folders needed for that firmware

The kxploitpatcher folders will be in that 3.52 M33 firmware download, open it in WinRAR, open the 1.50only folder, and that's where they'll be.

What does it mean run the kxploitpatcher program? What is the exact file name because the only file I see here is EBOOT.PBP? Do I use the PSP to run the program?

You run it on the PSP, in the "150only" folder there will be "kxploitpatcher" and "kxploitpatcher%", place both of them in ms0:/PSP/GAME150/ (Or GAME)

shokz, when I go to your link, it says 'Sony's PSP 3.52 Firmware Update. You CANNOT run homebrew or downgrade with this version, not yet anyway. :)' is it Ok to use this file to continue using sicdude instruction?

Yes it's fine, that note only applies to people using that to upgrade to official 3.52, you just need it for some files in the custom firmware creation.
