I can't change the resoloution so i wanna know if there is a program or a windows option that lets me run games a a specific resoloution? upscaling?

You can force a 640x480 resolution by right clicking and going to Properties > Compatibility, then checking the tab that says Run in 640 x 480 Screen Resolution.

Otherwise, you can usually set the resolution in-game. Is there a specific game you want to change the resolution to?

Older games lets say, rock raiders, don't support widescreen. I can't get it to anything higher but 640x480. Sucks having a big monitor >_>
