Need help with PSP Slim 3.71 m33-2---can't use ISO

Hey all guys, I cannot use my ISO from my download at BitComet. Can u help me?
My psp system specs:
PSP SLIM 3.71 M33-2
PSP
/ISO (PUT FILE IN HERE)--DOMINATOR.ISO (CAN'T WORK)
/MP_ROOT
/MUSIC
/PICTURE
/VIDEO
/PSP
/ISO(folder)HAS:GUNDAM BATTLE CHRONICLE.CSO (CAN), FINAL FANTASY THE WAR OF THE LIONS.CSO (CAN) AND BURNOUT.
I'm sure its nothing to do with the other folders except the /ISO folder. I'll like to put up a notice about the file types. My psp has been able to run .CSO files. This is the first .ISO file I hav downloaded. To be remind u, it is BURNOUT DOMINATOR.ISO that doesn't work. Is it a problem about my PSP? I hav tried a FastLogger(watever) and an UMDemulator. Hav i done wrong? Pls empasise on 2 ways(also tell me how to use the emulators and also tell me the lastest ones^^). I need an alternative for this. I AM DYING TO PLAY BURNOUT^^! And also, will changing the .ISO file to .CSO file work? Help me... I am such a goon... Cant help...

Torrent site are bad...It took me 9 hours to download MoH:H from a torrent...Accidentally deleted it and formatted my MS...Now what was I gonna do? Had some research and I downloaded MoH:H in just around 45 mins- 1 hours.
Do some research then you're fine.
And don't bother paying sites.

O.O... Hey, can u tell me where u downloaded those and at what price? I need some games!! But, my memory stick is running out of Memory!!(550 MB from 2 GB!!) Lolz... And also, they are not torrents right? If then, great!! I use Gigaget!! 1GB in 3 mins.><

The games are free, but I don't know why $ony hasn't shut them down yet. I know I sound like a... leech(?) because I download the games, but I only download game... So I'll just ask a mod if I can post links to the site...
