COD 4 multiplayer problems...Is it region locked????

Hi lads, I`ve got problem with COD 4, when I`m trying to get online, In the lobby in the game there is just me, I think they locked COD4 on multiplayer games, I`ve japanes PS3, game is from US, and I`m living in Ireland (nice mix).....
Anyone can help me?

yeah you gotta wait, when it says finding game etc, you gotta wait, they are updating their servers at first it took 10mins to find a game now its usually 5, just wait for a bit.
