i cant create backups!!!

i got a samsung drive with kreon firmware.

in both schtrom and xbox backup creater the drive shows with xbox 360 game detected. than when i click copy/backup it comes up with error saying 'no disk inserted' or error copying on 0%.

why is it doing this? ive used it before few months ago and it was working. i dunno what im doing wrong. its the latest programs and ive tried lots of different 360 games, some old and new! HELP!!!
