Hey, I don't know if I'm allowed to post this but I bricked my PSP and I need the Magic Memory Stick files. I'm able to get to Recovery but unfortunately the USB function does not work. So if you're allowed to post the files or PM me the files I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

If you can get into recovery mode, you just need the recovery folder for whichever firmware you are using-They differ from 3.52M33 to 3.71M33, so be careful...Also if you dont have usb access from recovery mode, you are going to have a tough time getting the files onto your memory stick unless you have a memory stick reader on your computer.. But that is what you will need to do-its not something anyone can just send to you via email, you'll have to hunt it down.
Try "3.71 recovery folder"

I have a camera and maybe that's why the recovery back to 1.50 didn't work. I had used the previous 3.52 recovery one and when it finished though it said a bunch of Errors it loaded and the Sony Computer Entertainment logo showed and it froze. By the way, I got USB to work. I put it in the wrong port expecting to see it in a particular place but I didn't find it.

EDIT: Got it to work. Downgraded to 1.50, upgraded to 3.52 M33 then upgraded to 3.52 M33-4 then back to 3.71 M33. My gosh this was a very long process. Now I have to do the 1.50 kernel add-on and 3.71 M33-3 update but I don't feel like doing it now.

Are you making a pandora battery and magic memory stick? If so, I can point you in the right direction...Otherwise, there are not any magical files I can link to you.

This is the easy installer version of pandora, no CFW needed

And I will advise you to get a second fat battery to create the pandora, cut the Pin5 as shown below and you are ready to go!
