I been wondering is there a way to play all the games that need the lastest version of psp, with out me having to always update my psp.

I bricked my psp when i used Pandora to downgrade my friends psp.
Which its my fault because i was unable to get the battery to normall but I fixed it with Pandora aswell lol.

newer games are always going to require higher firmware so as long as newer games keep coming out then we have no choice but to update (unless u don't wanna play the latest games lol)

Well you can just go to Custom Firmware and have all the benefits..

i been using Custom Firmware for a while back when 3.03 oe came out.
I heard that alex quit and was wondering are we doomed to not update again

Dark_AleX never quit. He said he was going to, but never did. I was scared as well, but you're all set. Just look around for the newest stuff by him. It's easy to find. Just check your regular PSP news source.
