hi im having problems with my microsoft word. when i open a file, it opens but then it says. microsoft office word has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

i got this off the report. maybe it can be some help.

so when i click on send error report it says recovering file and restarts word and does the same thing again. it's fine as long as i dont try to open anything.
any help is much appreciated
