i wanted t o know which umds offer firmware updates and which updates they offer cause my psp wont update to anything but the latest one and i dont wanna do that cause i wanted to crack my psp. i have a 2.8

Or you could get ahold of Lumines used and do it that way. You just update to 3.50 or 3.51 (I can't remember). Go to n00bz and check the info out on this.

yes i have gta:lcs, i tried to downgrade it to 2.71 by using the 2.8to2.71 downgrade but it didnt work for some reason

@ 07anto07: Does GTA: LCS unpatched work for downgrading 3.03? I didn't think it did. It only works for up to like 2.50 doesn't it? Or not even - I think it only works on 2.00 and maybe 2.01 b/c that method was patched shortly thereafter.

Works for 2.00, 2.60, and 3.03 :) At least i think it does 2.60...
But, erm, @ saadfozi - You don't want to be cracking your PSP, that wold make it useless, you'd be looking to downgrade it :P

You don't need an iso launcher as you would in say, fw 1.50. You can launch the games straight from the GAME/MEMSTICK icon on your xmb. It's a built-in iso loader.

Place them in a folder named ISO at the memory stick root. (ms0:/ISO/)
