problem with HEND on a TA-082 mobo with 2.71 fw

when i first time tried to watch rand.jpg file then my psp went green for a second , but thend turned itself off , after that i waited about 5 or 6 or maybe more minutes , then i turned it on again , but there was no change. after that , trying to repeat the process i only got the blue screen and power off after that. my quetion is. what should i do to get the green screen appearing?
IF i actually screwed something up , can it be reversed ?

it didn't help, it's the same package i tried before, i still have to "watch" the RAND.jpg witch initiates HEND

The way that one works is w/ a buffer overflow. It's not RAND.jpg you want b/c jpgs can't do what a tiff can do. I believe it's a tiff file anyway. It holds a small code which exploits the psp once activated, enabling you to downgrade. Sounds like you've got a botched version or you're not doing it right or something.

and i used to use HEN-D
u mught not be putting all the files in the right place
and if u ara then just keep trying
also
u might not have TA-082
cause i tried using Hen-d on a non-TA-082
and it didnt work

Well it worked fine for me. Okay, place HEND in the PHOTO folder and in the photo select menu choose the picture with a whole bunch of colour and it should work. I've also heard that if you press right and X at the same time, the picture will show up and then it'll work which has said to hardly ever fail.
My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

HEND is already in photo folder but if i try to watch it then it only shows me blue screen and turns itself off as is said :S
But your Right and X button trick worked :D it showed me "static" picture :D
but it didn't help :S i just saw the jpg

google says it's european version , does change a lot ?
