im currently on 3.03 oe-c, can i directly upgrade to 3.40 oe-a through 340oeEasy that is without having to downgrade to 1.50?

yep you can, but i reccomend going straight 3.52 m33-4 because the new games like the simpsons require 3.52 and other newer games will need a higher firmware than 3.40,
