Hi

As the title really. I'm wondering is there a alternative to the Samsung SH-D162C to use with kreons firmware as I'm finding it hard to purchase a sata unit in the UK . Thanks in advance

you can always use the wxripper method. but just to remember the sh drive is not a sata. and try ebay. you should be able to find the sata card needed for dirt cheap and they ship anywhere too.

I'm also having trouble finding SS.Bin files for xbox 360 games. If anyone could PM me any advice , that would be much appreciated

Thanks for the reply. Ive been using the wxripper method but im getting stuck when It comes to the Security sectors files. Ive been told with the flashed Samsung SH-D162C everything dumped inc SS

There are quite a few available in the uk.

Not too sure about sata though.

But you could use an external case.They are around a tenner.

yes, i have the drive and it even dumps ss, pfi and dmi, separately also, very good drive, well worth every penny.

All but one are sold out. But the site that has them has a problem with the check out procedure and nobody answering the phones. :-(

There is an SATA version SH-D163A
and the IDE version SH-D162C
