Custom themes, UMD's, and game demo's. If your flash player is activated through a WiFi connection, you can play flash games through the many portals PSP developers made, but they will take a little longer to load since you have to open a webbrowser. That's it.

Actually, you can also use plugins, which are essentially ways to take screenshots, etc. You can also enable other types of modules. Have a look around at all the plugins do; some of them are really crafty!
