I have got some iso/cso game files which I copy straight into my ISO folder and they work fine. However I have downloaded lemmings,gta,fifa08 and they contain many differnet files and folders in them but no actual ISO files. It has folders and files such as eboot, psy folder, etc. Do i need some sort of a loader to load these? Is dev hook a loader?

custom firmware does not need devhook. it loads the iso right away.

your games are the files found in the iso. you need umdgen 4.0 and recreate them into an iso.
