Help! just flahsed my 360 and...

I have the samsung ms28. i successfully flashed my 360 with the ixtrem12 firmware. i downloaded a game and have tryed time and time agian to burn/play it. i havnt been able to get it to work. i tryed with first with normal dvds and then went out and bought verbatims and it still wont work. when i insert a disk it says 'reading' and but never plays. sometimes it will eject it. sometimes it wont. but it never works or plays. ive tryed burning it with both CloneCD and ImgBurn and wasted around 7-10 DVD+R DLs...
If anyone can help me out by telling me whats wrong or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. If you need anymore info to access the situation let me know..

um the game is probally not stealthed patched.

What speed are you trying to burn these games at? Where are you getting them? What region are the isos and what region is your system?

i tryed to stealth patch it with the tutorial i saw posted up here.. i couldnt find a .bin file included in the game
my 360 is a NTSC aswell as the game. id post the site i got it at but i dont want to get into trouble on here xD. if its ok with the rules i will post it

If you burn the disks at a high speed, they don't run very well. People suggest 2x, others say half the speed of the max.

There's your problem. If the disc doesn't have ALL the security info (ss, dmi, pfi, and video) iXtreme will not let the disc play. Use XDVDMulleter to check if the disc is iXtreme compatible.

when i press view iso details in DVD Mulleter and load the image file it seems to be compatable. It says Video partion present, Video Data present, Security Sector present, PFI present, PFI present, DMI Present, Random Padding, iXtreme Compatible.
how can i tell what to change about the iso?
also i dont know if its worth mentioning i do not have the pioneer dvr 111d or 112d. my burner is the TSST TS-H652D..

i ran the CRC checker in DVD Mulleter and the stealth checked out perfectly... where am i going wrong???? ive hit dead end upon dead end and i dont know what to do

use image burn to burn your game ...
open imgburn and select ur .dvd file
MAKE SURE THE LAYER BREAK IS SET FOR 1913760
(if u used the .dvd file to import the .iso it should automatically set it for you - if u dont have the .dvd file jus click the .iso to import the game to imgburn, click: Tools > Settings ... and select the "Write" tab and type in 1913760 into the "Sectors in L0" box - click ok)
THEN CLICK THE BOOK TYPE ICON
in the lower right corner (looks like a book) - select your burner then hit the "Change For:" drop down box and select the "Drive for DVD+r DL Media" option then hit the "New Setting" drop down box and select "DVD-R ROM"
your game WILL NOT WORK if you dont have these proper Layer Break and Book Type Settings ... this was my original problem ...
I burn my games at 1x on Verbatims jus to be safe - some ppl say dont do it but i have over 45 successful 360 burns from doing so ...
hopefully this is ur problem - let me know how u made out ...

i tryed it agian adding what you said about the booktype... still didnt work. ive tryed EVERYTHING.. is it possible i need to re-flash my 360? i mean, it said it was successfully flashed the first time i did it so i dont see why i would need to. but at this point ive tryed everything that comes to mind and im clueless as to what to do next
