ps1 ISOproducer problem

I've been using ISOproducer application from "Autopopstation 4" to rip my psx isos of their disc and so far everything has worked out.
But when, I put I tried to rip "duke nukem:time to kill" psx iso of the disc, it stops ripping and slows down completely. The cd is a little bit scratched, so that might be the problem. I've also tried all the rip speeds and changed the settings but still no luck.
So, I was just wondering how I could fix this problem or if there is another program like ISOproducer which can rip the psx iso of the disc? Any suggestions would be great :)

So far, I've tried alcohol 120% and clonecd and it still does the same thing. So, will Nero work better?
