TVersity streams Upside down

I followed the TVersity guide to stream videos to my xbox360. I downloaded an mp4 video clip from google and it worked great.

When I tried a 23min avi file It does work except 2 things:

1) the video freezes every now and again which I attribute to my 800mhz amd athlon cpu being at 100% when trying to stream.

2) the video is displaying upside down AND mirrored (the left and right is switched)

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? If so what can I do to fix this?
I would appreciate any help!

personally i have not heard of it. I only used TVersity once or twice and mine played fine except for the fact that streaming movies cause the picture to be bad due to the WMP format conversion.
You could always try ORB and see how that works for you.
