Hey all,

I have firm 3.40 OE-A for the longest now, and I have forgotten how to dump umd's into my memory card. I remember using PSAR Dumper v2b or somthing or devhook back in the days?

What runs on my 3.40 to dump umds into my memory?

What is that like a fastloader or another form of umd dumper? And would it work with my 3.40 firm?

this will work on ur psp i used this when i was on 3.40OE-A it's not like fastloader, u run u copy the two files into the game folder on the psp then run it from the psp and it dump's umd's to ur computer

Is it called Dax dumper? It said can't run this game. when I launch it from my psp. Do you have another one? Or fastloader 0.7 run on my 3.40 firm?

boot into recovery by powering on psp and holding the R button knock on the 1.50 kenal then it will work.

I just entered recovery mode main menu, I select 3rd option "Run program at /psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp"? whats next? I get like black blank screen with solid green lite on my psp.

that's only if you want to recover back to 1.50 (fats only). it's leading to a black screen because you don't have the eboot. it must be downloaded, and is not included in the firmware.


if you want to have no hassles in ripping umds, switch to m33 firmware; they have a built in umd ripper. 3.52 m33-4 or 3.71 m33-3 will do.
