Important question about PS2 HDD ISO's and iPod

Hello,

I have a question pertaining mainly to my iPod. I currently have a ps2 with the magic case that I use with swap magic. I also have a utility disc that is very handy that contains uLaunch and HDLoader. I also have an 80 gig iPod that I use to store extra isos. I use a labtop so it is probably impossible to my knowledge to connect my PS2 HD to the labtop in order to get games onto the PS2 HD. My main question is can I somehow get the isos from my ipod to my ps2 HD in HDloader format so that HDloader recognizes what it is and allows me to play it? I know that ulanch allows me to recognize the ipod when its connected as a mass storage device and I can obviously see all the files on it. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading.
