Ive heard of this news that Microsoft Corp Raiding Businesses Big/Small that uses unlicence OS's, and heard about this kind of OS that can run MS Programs named as WinUtuxU (http://www.winutuxu.fr.ma/)...

Is this WinUtuxU OS for real or just a Mask I mean Legit or Illegit versus MS OS'es

I cant tell it my self because the site is in other language that I cant understand (this a research work in School about Other/Alternative Operating Systems.)
