DJ Max Portable 2 Won't Work

1.Downloaded the game ( Using 3.40 OE - A)
2.Started the game ( with No UMD disabled)
3.Game freezes for a long time ( can't turn it off or quit the game)
4.Tried No UMD enabled
5. Gives me a message saying Game cannot be started

Any other ideas?
I hope its not the ISO ( Waited days for this to finish)

You may need to go to 3.52 M33-4. What error code does it give you?

Yeah, go to 3.71 M33. No you need to go to 3.52 M33-4 before you can go to 3.71 M33.

i can confirm that it can be played on 3.40 OE A. so it must have to do with the settings or bad iso. i know there was a bad iso going around so it may be the latter.
