Setup Disc Doesn't Work After 1.9g Hotfix

I have a wiikey installed and have updated to the 1.9g to play super mario galaxy. All games gamecube and wii games work perfectly originals and backups. The only thing that doesn't work is i can't get into the settings of the chip and i can't play my snes games on my wii. WHat's the problem? By the way i used the same disc as prior to the update and when i completed the update it was a success it said and i heard homer. Thanks in advnace
