Almost all torrent's games and all 360 games downloads are pal is there a program to make the pal games ntcs?

Those people will list a game as PAL/NTSC because that's the area they live in. But really the majority of the games are region free... meaning they'll work in any console.

no you cannot download the games from there, its just losting the region code for you......you wish it was that easy.....:)

the games that say region free it means there good to play anywhere around the world. But my question is does it matter where i download the game from? let me make it plain, if where im gonna download the game says pal but the page that you guys give me says region free or ntcs/u that means is good for me to download right?
