Please note, this is the forum where i felt this fit best

I own a copy of FFIX on ps1 and i want to play it on my PSP, disk one is scratched around its circumference and cannot be converted by popstation etc, however i belive disk 2-4 will, problem is my downloaded version disk one is NTSC (only one available) and my set are PAL, my question stands as thus, can any programs convert a PAL psx cso or iso into NTSC one?

Maybe it would be easier if you just downloaded the other disks in the set. You technically own the game so I don't see any harm in getting all 4 disk images?
