Search them on torents. Then you can paste the ISO/CSO file in the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick.

It's normal for me. It all depends on how fast your connection is. It also depends on seeds/leaches.

Extract, find the ISO and then you copy the ISO/CSO to the ISO folder.

the speed of a download from torrents depends on many things not just the number of seeds/leaches and how good is your internet connection
you may need to open and forward the ports of your router, or maybe your firewall is blocking the program that you use to make the downloads, also from private torrent sites you get better speeds ,public sites usually have less seeds and more leaches
or could be your ISP is throttling you

you put the rcsm.iso file in the iso folder this file is the iso it as .iso extension
the psp_game folder and umd_data.bin file are the contents of the iso
*edit*
after you extracted the first time you got the rcsm.iso file but if it as a rar symbol it's because you have winrar associated to isos
start winrar click options ,settings, integration untick the iso tab
see the first picture here

No, the ISO folder goes in the root of your memory stick. It's not inside any other folders in other words.
